2.  Dr. O.P. Dwivedi
 
Dr. O.P. Dwivedi did his Ph.D. from Allahabad University, India. He is a gold medalist in M.A. (English Literature). He is on the editorial board of many Indian and foreign journals. He is the chief-editor of Journal of Postcolonial Cultures and Societies(U.S.A.).He is also the co-editor of Postcolonial database(W.S-Lake Campus, University, U.S.A.) His research articles have been published in U.S.A., Australia, Italy and India. Presently, he is editing two books: one on Derek Walcott, and the other one on Indian English Literature.

4.  BADMUS, Isiaka Alani 
 Mr. Badmus, a polyglot Nigerian Social Scientist, studied International Relations; Peace and Conflict Research; Democracy and Diversity; and, Modern European Languages in Nigeria, Sweden, United States, and Cote d’Ivoire respectively. He also studied Law at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and is presently an independent researcher/consultant based in Lagos. He is the author of Managing Arms in Peace Processes: ECOWAS and the West African Civil Conflicts. Porto, Portugal: CEAUP, University of Porto, 2009; and contributor to Alternative Who’s Who for Nigeria, Lagos: CSSR&D, 2006. He has contributed well over 40 essays as chapters in books and articles in leading specialist and Africanist journals in the fields of Regional Security studies; Disarmament and Arms Control; International Humanitarian Law; Complex Humanitarian Emergencies [CHE]; Governance, Democratisation and Civil Society in Africa; Security Sector Reform; and Afro-Asia Relations.
